    If you purchase a FLO CLUB Membership during presale, your membership will sit in a pending-activation state. Your billing cycle will only begin on the day you book your first class after we open.

    So you can secure your spot now, and you won’t be charged until you’re ready to take your first class.

  • FLO CLUB is a limited founding membership status created for our earliest supporters. It bundles exclusive presale pricing, priority booking, event invites, and a luxe welcome gift for the first 50 paying members.

  • No. Joining our waitlist gives you early notification about pricing and launch details.

    This feature allows you to pause your membership if you need to take a break, ensuring you can resume your FLO CLUB benefits and status without interruption when you're ready to return.

  • Yes — while your FLO CLUB membership remains active and in good standing, you’ll retain the locked-in discounts (15% off memberships and club retail discount).

    If you cancel or pause payments without activating a freeze, your FLO CLUB status and lifetime discount will be permanently forfeited.

    Gift distribution details will be shared to your email after purchase.

  • YES!

    As a FLO Club member, you can switch to a different membership tier after you complete the commitment period of your current plan.

    For example, once you complete your 6-month commitment on FLO4, you’re welcome to switch to FLO8 or FLO12 — and you’ll keep your FLO Club discount (15% off the standard rate) on your new plan.

    This gives you the flexibility to grow your practice while still enjoying your founding-member benefits.
