Membership & Studio Policies

Welcome to FLO PILATES, a Palo Alto Pilates studio!

Below is everything you need to know about booking, memberships, packages, and our studio policies.

General Studio Policy

Booking

  • All classes must be reserved online through our Booking Page or the FLO PILATES mobile app (IOS & Google Play).

Late Arrival

  • Arrivals over 5 minutes late cannot join class (for safety) and will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show.

Parking Information

  • Enjoy hassle-free arrival with reserved spaces in our private & secure underground garage. Simply park, take the elevator up one level, and you’ll step right into the studio lobby.

Grip Socks

  • Required for all classes. No pair? No problem—you can purchase a fresh set at the front desk when you arrive.

Intro Offers

  • Available to new clients only.

Early Journey

  • All new clients with no prior Pilates reformer experience (Lagree does not count) must begin with either First FLO, Foundation FLO, or Private Sessions before joining Core FLO group classes. Click here to learn more.

Membership & Class Package Policy

    • 1 Reformer class per day

    • Reserve classes up to 30 days in advance

    • No rollover of unused classes

    • No commitment required

    • Auto-renews monthly

    • 30-day membership cancellation notice

    • Non-transferable & non-refundable

    • Unlimited Reformer classes each month (1 per day)

    • Book up to 45 days ahead

    • 1 guest pass per month

    • No rollover of unused days

    • 30-day cancellation notice required once minimum commitment is met

    • Non-transferable & non-refundable

    • Exclusive retail pricing

    FLO Unlimited (Monthly)

    • 1 waived late cancel per month

    • 6-month commitment

    • Auto-renews monthly

    FLO Unlimited (Annual)

    • 2 waived late cancel per month

    • 1 waived no-show per year

    • 12-month commitment, pay in full

    • Auto-renews annually

  • Credits do not expire if unused.

    Packages are non-transferable & non-refundable.

    • Limited Availability: FLO CLUB is a presale-only membership status, capped at 50 founding members.

    • Lifetime Discount: FLO CLUB members lock in exclusive rates – 15% off all memberships and receive Club pricing on retail products – for as long as their FLO CLUB membership status remains active.(Membership pricing shown at checkout page already reflects this discount.)

    • Priority Booking: Reserve classes up to 45 days in advance.

    • FLO CLUB Status: Membership status will be permanently voided if canceled and cannot be reinstated.

    • Minimum Commitment: 6-month for Monthly memberships and 12-months for Annual memberships.

    • Membership Plan Changes: FLO CLUB members can switch plans after completing their current commitment term, while keeping their lifetime discount.

    • Auto-Renewal: All FLO CLUB memberships renew automatically each month (or annually if selected).

    • Membership Cancellation: 30 days’ notice required for cancellation.

    • Membership Freeze: Please check our “Membership Freeze Policy” listed below.

  • Need to step away for a bit? We’ve got you — without losing your FLO CLUB status.

    All FLO CLUB memberships (monthly and annual) include:

    • One complimentary pause of up to 30 days every 12 months

    • The ability to extend your pause for up to 90 days using our
      Membership Containment Plan — $30/month
      (Your pricing, perks, and status are all preserved during this time.)

    • Class access is paused while your membership is on hold.

    • Your membership term or billing date will simply shift forward by the number of paused days.

    How to Request a Pause

    • Email info@theflopilates.com or visit our Front Desk
      at least 5 days before your next billing date.

    • We’ll confirm your freeze within 2 business days.

  • Group Size: Private sessions may be booked for 1–4 participants.

    Minimum Commitment: A 5-session package (per person) is required to begin private training.

    Booking: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to instructor availability.

    Cancellation: 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

    Expiration: Packages must be used within 6 months from purchase. Unused sessions will expire.

    Sharing: Each participant must hold their own package; packages cannot be split or shared.

    Instructor Requests: Instructor selection is based on availability; requests are not guaranteed.

    Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: All private session purchases are final.

  • Free Cancellation/Rescheduling
    Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before class at no charge.

    Late Cancellations & No Show
    $15 fee for cancellation and rebook & $25 for no-show and forfeit of class credit.

    Medical or Emergency Exceptions
    May be waived with valid documentation proof.

    • Fusion & Advanced Classes: Cadillac & Reformer Fusion FLO classes are currently invitation-only.

      • Participants need 20+ regular sessions or instructor approval.
