Standard Credit Packs do not expire if they remain unused, unless they are specifically mentioned as a limited time offer or a new client introductory offer.

How to Request a Pause

• Email info@theflopilates.com or visit our Front Desk
  at least 5 days before your next billing date.

• We’ll confirm your freeze within 2 business days.

Group Size: Private sessions may be booked for 1–4 participants.

Minimum Commitment: A 5-session package (per person) is required to begin private training.

Booking: Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to instructor availability.

Cancellation: 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Expiration: Packages must be used within 6 months from purchase. Unused sessions will expire.

Sharing: Each participant must hold their own package; packages cannot be split or shared.

Instructor Requests: Instructor selection is based on availability; requests are not guaranteed.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: All private session purchases are final.

Late Cancellation

• Canceling outside of the deadline will result in loss of the class credit + $15 penalty fee.
