New to Pilates?

Pilates at FLO is not about perfecting an Instagram pose — it’s about learning how your body moves, breathing with purpose, and building strength with care.

Our Early Journey series gives new clients a gentle, guided path so you feel safe and confident from day one.

Your FLO Journey

simple & supported

We require all new reformer clients to start with First FLO (Intro), then progress to Foundation FLO (Fundamentals).

These two classes make up our Early Journey series and are required before joining other class formats.

We recommend completing at least four sessions of each to build the technique and confidence needed to advance.

First FLO (Intro)

50 min — Reformer basics & studio safety. Required for all new reformer clients.

Foundation FLO (Fundamentals)

50 min — Form, breath, alignment. Build confidence and consistency.

Core FLO

All group class formats — join once you’ve completed the Early Journey.

Recommended: ~4 sessions of First FLO + Foundation FLO before advancing.

Private Sessions

Prefer one-on-one?

Private sessions are available to personalize your program—perfect for injury rehab, faster progression, or a tailored Intro.

A private Intro can also fulfill the First FLO requirement if you’d rather start that way.

Available after Grand Opening

Important note about prior experience

If you’ve taken Lagree or other non-reformer classes, please still book First FLO or private sessions.

Lagree, Megaformer, and similar formats are different methods and do not count as reformer Pilates experience—First FLO ensures you learn the specific safety and technique needed for our reformer equipment and class formats.
