We require all new reformer clients to start with Align FLO, then progress to Signature FLO.
We recommend completing at least 5 sessions of Align FLO to build the technique and confidence needed to advance.
Align FLO

(Foundations)
50 min — Build confidence through good form, breath, alignment, and intentional strength.
Your starting point to Reformer Pilates.

Signature FLO
[INTERMEIDATE]
(Full-Body Strength)
50 min — Join the dynamic full-body flow for strength once you’ve completed at least 2-5 Align FLO sessions.
Restore FLO
[ALL LEVEL]
50 min — A restorative, mobility-focused class centered around deep stretching, breath, and myofascial release aims to release tension, enhance flexibility, and leave you feeling rejuvenated. It’s the ideal way to reset after a workout or a long day.
No workout in this class.
Sweat FLO
[INTERMEIDATE]
(Cardio)
50 min — Prepare for an intense cardio jump-board workout with minimal breaks. You’ll definitely sweat during this class!
Reformer fundamental knowledge will be applied.

50 min — Advanced programming for experienced clients ready for a more challenging, athletic, and dynamic class experience.

Private Sessions
Prefer one-on-one?
Private sessions are available to personalize your program—perfect for injury rehab, faster progression, or a tailored Intro.
A private Intro can also fulfill the Align FLO requirement if you’d rather start that way.
Important note about prior experience
If you’ve taken Lagree or other non-reformer classes, please still book Align FLO or private sessions.
Lagree, Megaformer, and similar formats are different methods anddo not count as reformer Pilates experience—Align FLO ensures you learn the specific safety and technique needed for our reformer equipment and class formats.

What to expect
Wear fitted, comfortable athletic wear (avoid zippers).
Grip socks are required—available for purchase at the studio if you need them.
Bring your water bottle and refill it at our studio.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and meet your instructor.
Park in our private garage. The directions will be sent to your email before class.
