Early Journey

for those new to reformer Pilates

  • This is your first step into the world of reformer Pilates.

    (50 minutes – Introductory)

    This essential class introduces you to the reformer, studio safety, and foundational movement principles.

  • Build your Pilates foundation with purpose.

    (50 minutes – Fundamentals)

    This slower-paced, form-focused class introduces and reinforces core Pilates principles—alignment, breath, concentration, precision, flow and control—while helping you build body awareness and confidence on the reformer. It’s designed to support your progress and set you up for long-term success.

    • Required for clients new to Pilates before progressing.

    • Recommended for older adults, those returning from injury, or anyone seeking a gentle yet focused experience.

Core FLO Reformer Experiences

Our Early Journey series is required for all first-time reformer clients before joining any Core FLO classes.

  • The soul of our studio.

    (50 minutes – Strength + Flow)

    These creative, full-body flows build mobility, power, and precision. Offered in two progressions:

    • Signature FLO 1 – Accessible yet deeply engaging. Emphasizes transitions, control, and breath work.

    • Signature FLO 2 – For experienced movers ready to layer in complexity, intensity, and advanced sequencing.

  • Turn up the energy.

    (50 minutes – Cardio + Sculpt)

    A class combines reformer jumpboard sequences with fast-paced cardio intervals to build endurance while sculpting and strengthening your entire body.

    • Ideal for clients seeking a full-body sculpting workout with an energizing cardio boost.

  • Breathe, lengthen, restore.

    (50 minutes – Stretch + Release)

    This deeply relaxing format focuses on mobility, myofascial release, and intentional breath work.

    • Ideal after a long day or intense workout.

    • A necessary counterpart to our strength-based formats.

  • Precision meets flow in our most challenging format.

    (50 minutes – Advanced)

    This seamless, advanced-level class weaves together dynamic transitions, deep core activation, and complex sequences.

    • Instructor approval required.

    • Designed for seasoned practitioners ready to refine their craft.
